I just recently switched from DSL to cable high speed. In order for things to work, I had to add a router into my network. I have had various issues with this whole setup, but one odd one is that my gmail notifier doesn't work anymore (uninstalled it and reinstalled...nothing), and when I play a cd via WMP, the info (cover art and sometimes song titles) doesn't show anymore. Is there a configuration issue going on here that might be preventing these programs from accessing the internet? I haven't changed anything with the firewall (Zone Alarm Lite) and antivirus, at least not to my knowledge. Thanks in advance!!

Ok, this is getting even more strange. I normally use Firefox, but I switched over to IE and it won't connect to the internet at all. Any ideas?
