Hi. I have Bt Buisness broadband and wanted to upgrade from their crappy router so got a dg834g router. I have connected it all up no problem, my network connections folder shows that the broadband is connected and my LAN works. Only problem is I cant access the internet. I have searched the net and think I have found the problem.... When I access the router setup it asks me for a username and password (not to access the router, but to connect to the net), I have tried a combination of logins and passwords (one site i checked suggested the password will always be "bt") but nothing works. Im not sure of which username to use (email address, first part of email address, etc) so could someone please point me in the right direction.

The username and password would be the ones you signed up to BT broadband with.

or check underneath your router m8 there is username and password on that plus the site you go on to change your router settings that is how i configured mine and i have same router as you
