Hi, please can anyone help me with this its so annoying !.My pc has for some unknown reason started to only show a white screen when i try and log onto the windows update site no error message just white screen with done in the lefthand corner .Its also showing same fault when we try and get into the online banking and the system restore has gone white as well !!Windows live messenger will not connect either !!Ihave ran loads of debug tools and nothing so far has worked this is what i have ran so far.system mechanic pro 6pc bug doctoreusing registry mechanicavg everything !!pc medikxoft spyits really annoying please help !!thanksmovwkd..

My first inclination is that you have a malware infection. So to rule that out, please follow the instrucitons for PreWork in my signature, please use both AVG and SpySweeper, and post all three logs back here.
