Hi there everyone, im doing somebody in the family a favour with therir Christmas present ( A laptop )..... every tom dick and harry has tried to install install this Belkin wireless router for her but to no avail so they have asked me ( Great stuff ).... with everthing that had been Installed/ Uninstalled and partially installed I said best thing to do would be to reset the whole computer to factory settings which I have done..... now my question is can I set up her internet at my house ( through my phone line rather than hers ) or will it have to be done at her house through her phone line..... sorry for the absolute begginer question you lot but I really am this simple.... Just for reference we are using different Internet providers... Im BT and she is TalkTalk....thank you guys

Im pretty sure you will have to do it at her house rather than yours, otherwise it wont connect but you could connect to yours if you wish at your house.

If you are connecting the router thru a standard BT ADSL (broadband) line then you will have no problem configuring the router for use at your house with your broadband account credentials - don't forget tho', when you take it back to her house, simply put her broadband account details into the router again.
