1. Adblock Plus

Ever been annoyed by all those ads and banners on the internet that often take longer to download than everything else on the page? Install Adblock Plus now and get rid of them. Right-click on a banner and choose "Adblock" from the context menu - the banner won't be downloaded again. Or click Adblock Plus icon in the toolbar to see all elements of the page and block the banners. You can use filters with wildcards or even regular expressions to block complete banner factories.

17.Search Bar Autosizer

Does what its name says. It auto expands (resizes) the searchbar if needed, and shrinks it if you don't have anything typed in you'd probably want to read.

Nice list where did you get it from?,


one important one that wasn't in there Imo is Foxxytune's


allows you to listen to your music while your using FireFox so you don't have to have Media player etc open.

yes i made it myself...a list of all the add ons am using now in my firefox...but i have copy pasted the info about them from mozilla's site lol

I have just found a great one:

Cooliris Previews - Discover More...

this addon allows you to mouse over any link... and view that linked page ...without leaving the one you are on.

...for example if I'm helping someone on PCHF --and I need to see their public profile-- I can just hover over their name... a small blue "flag" appears -- scroll over that and the profile appears on top of the current page
-- move off and it disappears. Very handy for the quick peek without losing your place.
