Red face [Answered] How do i check whether my UDP & TCP ports are capped?

I'm using cable connections and recently i saw a huge dip in download speeds while using mIRC to download. This issue was not prevalent last week, till yesterday when i encountered this problem. Is my ISP capping or throttling my download speeds or am i infected with spyware, malware etc?

Hi Lebron

I really would advise against using DCC on mIRC, as it is fraught with danger, even when getting files from someone you maybe know.
It's nearly as bad as opening .exe attachments in email or visiting P2P sites.
Which mIRC are you using if you don't mind me asking, as some of the scripts are trash.

I'm currently using old mIRC script V6.03.
