My internet is just being slow. Its slow like a elephant. Slow at downloading and loading websites. What should I do first? What do I do.

Why dont you look over the Prework in my sig and download hijackthis from my sig and follow the directions in prework on how to work it. We can see if any malware has gotten on your pc

I did that with Joe5 on the hijackthis-logs section. Do you guys on the Internet Section need the log to look what you look for? Ill post it here, let me know what you think.

There could be many causes the internet is slow...could be alot of people on your ISP online at the time you're trying. Could be you've accidently left a download program on in the background and forgotten about it.

What kind of internet connection do you have...how fas t should it be going, and how fast is it going?

I did one of those internet checks on like somewhere and the average for mine was higher then what I have, I have cable, Adelphia/Time Warner Cable and the like 'base' is at Northeast Ohio, where I live so I should be getting good and fast speeds, but Im not. I dont have any programs running downloading or anything.
