Default downloading via web-based proxy

I have benn trying to download via a web-based proxy, it seems to work; however, the files are in .asp format. What can I do with these files to utlize/convert them (they should be .torrent)?

Thanks

Quick question.... why the web based proxy? If all files come down to you as .asp, there is a particular reason... methinks there is more to this than meets the eye, so to speak....

Default why?

I am using a web-based proxy because torrentspy.com is blocked by the government.
