I cant think of any reason why to use a reg file for this and having it run on each boot.. It is one simply windows setting , and once its set , its set..

Anyway... You can fix the entry with hjt if you want , it might save a tiny fraction of bootup time , like 0.0001 second , lol.

I am Getting a lot of error messages on websites but I can't see the errors effecting the page so I just ignore the messages. They are at the bottom of the page. Script errors ?

Did you check this setting yet? Open IE => Tools => Internet Options => Advanced tab => Put a check mark next to "Dis-able Script Debugging" => OK and exit.
