You can have a look at:
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts

Open with Notepad.
It might be that there are blocked servers in here.

Ok Bluefish i checked that folder and there are a list of servers and ip adresses in their. Would it be safe deleting them all cause i dont want to expose my PC to spyware etc

Yup , it should be save to delete those.
