Hi Steve,

Welcome to PC Help Forum!! (Maybe again )

In Internet Explorer, if you go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and scroll down to Mulitmedia.
Make sure that Play sounds in web pages is ticked mate.

Hope this helps.

Hello steve.
Has this always been an issue or has it just started happening.
Have you installed any codec's for WMP, REAL etc..?

Aslo I have heard of pop-up blockers of keeping sound from going through.

Have you tried resetting web settings?
Or even upgrade IE or reinstall it?
