Default Help--very odd--just 1 site will not load

This sounds similar to another query i just read but I do not know where to turn so I hope someone here can help me.
I have a home business site and starting 3 days ago, I kept getting a "cannot access this page" It is the only website I cannot access.
I have run 2 spy ware removers, anti virus, rebooted countless times,
I have high speed/adsl with router connection.
I took my computer to the shop and they hooked up with the same ISP provider and got to my website right away.
My provider did a trace and it seems this website is blocked on route by IH Networks in Encino--I called them even and they are not at that number although the person there told me several people had called for them.
My provider tells me it is not there problem and I sure don't know what to do.
Any help out there? I need to do my business.
thanks

Hey serenity, welcome to PCHF .

Before I offer any advice, could you please make sure I have my information correct?

You have a business site, and it is blocked by a particular ISP. Is that correct?

I look forward to hearing from you .

Yes, it seems somewhere enroute my home business website is blocked by someone--I did have an older adsl D-Link though and have hooked that up and now i can access my website. It seems to me though that this is a problem for my ISp then since it is their modem that was the problem?
I dont know --guess i prob got a new IP number which solved the problem--do you think?
Howeveer, the other modem is designed for wireless hook up and this one is not so my ISP ought to get me a new one. does that sound right? and how would i prevent this from happening again?
thank you so much

That is strange... I can't necessarily say that it was the modem or a new IP address... Perhaps it was just a random fluke?

Switch back to your old modem and see what happens. Also, if you get the error again, can you post any error codes that appear with it?
