Default [Resolved] web page crashing browser

I have just had to reinstal xp home edition, it crashed and had to do a new install from recovery discs. am using compaq presario 2600 1,9gig processor one 256mb ram and one 512ram onbaord graphics using 64mb ram using aol9.0 and currently using norton firewall and antivirus. was using mcafee security centere until pc crashed. yet to reinstall from web. most pages are loading ok. but my sons, which is the runescape.com site. it keeps crashing aol and then the software imediatly reconnects to the internet. its ok when you visit the homepage but as soon as you try entering any of the onlike worlds aol disconnects.
when itdisconnects it leaves this file on the desktop, see attachements.
any help greatly appreciated. :computer1

Have you tried installing the latest version of Java? You can get it here:

http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp

And have you also updated windows?

Yes your right I was talking to my brother on phone, hes been into pcs since the sinclair ZX81, if anyone can remember that? just downloaded update works fine now. have no doubt i will need you guys to help me out befor e to long.LOL TNX
