Default Opera Browser security with Norton change?

i have just changed my IE browser to Opera. Much better, no probs...However do i need to configure my norton or security to scan or accomodate Opera browser now?
What needs to be done?

I think you configure Opera to work with Norton. Try this (from Castle Cops)

You might try changing Opera's User Agent:

Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Network > Browser Identification

Switch to "Identify as MSIE 6.0"
