Default Firefox In PCHF Getting the whole picture.

Hello Everyone,
Let me share a funny (although not very funny at the time) story with you.

A few days ago while I was working through a HJT log, I got a little flustered.
My Instructor, (seems like the proper title) was telling me that my solution to this log was going along fine until I stuck three red squares in my answer. He suggested that it may have been a copy/paste error and since I had copied and pasted the file names I went back to find out what he meant. I COULD NOT FIND THREE RED SQUARES ANYWHERE. I made a few changes thinking I had an idea of what he meant. Of course I was clueless and he promptly replied with the same "get rid of the red squares". So off I go again looking for these red squares that i already knew were not going to be there. Now please understand that when I decide to do something I go at it full tilt and I want to pass this course! I went back to the log with a bit of an additude (this lesson was holding me back and I had no idea why i wasnt passing it). I looked it over and realized I had three file names in red. AH HAH! now I get it, all I have to do is swap the files around, surely I had them in the wrong order and this is what he meant! I changed my answer and sure enough......."you need to get rid of the 3 red squares, and why did you change the names? you had that part right."
Grrrrr. Now it is time to end this!! so I typed a reply, not a mean one, but a blunt one to say the least. Tell me why it isnt right! I can guess til christmas and maybe get lucky but learn nothing yada yada yada. Stop...sit back and relax... mix a drink..(oh yes I mixed a double hehe)....think....Now Joe(my name in r/t) that sounded like an attack and was un-called for!!!! On the advice of another who I had asked to read the post and see if it was indeed rude, I went to edit it. NO EDIT BUTTON. By now I had time to think and decided to explain myself in a better manner in another post. Shortly afterward i was using IE for pogo (firefox is to slow there for some reason) an decide to come back and see if I had let my tempertantrum get me in a pickle. I went to the thread and this is what I saw:

In the Services window find: Workstation NetLogon Service
Select/highlight and right click the entry, and choose: Properties
On the General tab, under Service Status click the Stop button
Beside: Startup Type, in the drop menu, select: Disabled
Click Apply, then OK
Open HJT and click config > misc tools > ?delete an NT service?
Copy and past: ?%AF?????
Click OK.

If you are viewing this with IE then you get his meaning by "Three Red Squares" If you are useing Firefox switch to IE and veiw this post and you too will understand.

This was meant to inform you who use Firefox that you may not be getting the "whole" Picture but it is also meant as an apology and a thank you.

I truely an sorry for behaving in such a manner and I thank you for having the patience to stick with me through that log and the ones that follow. You are an asset to this forum and I am honored to have you guide me through this. I wont mention any names, I dont think I need to. I hope that one I will be as good a teacher to others as you are to those you teach.

Your desire to complete the course is admirable

I am interested in any flaws with the forum...perhaps you could provide any other Firefox problems as image attachments...

Also, I am sure that the particular member of staff you are talking about wasn't offended....he has the honor of living in one of the easiest going countries in the World and is a great person
