Don't be sad, I'm sure we are going to be able to help you, just hang in there.
On the off chance that something else is causing your problem, could you please post a HijackThis log. If you don't have it, you can download it from my signature.
Make sure that you have all files and folders showing (Windows Explorer, Tools, Folder Options, View, select Show Hidden Files and Folders) Install HJT to its own folder, run it choosing the top option of saving a log file. Save the log to your desktop and Attach it at the bottom of your post.
