Default [Fixed]Downloading trouble

Hello, Im getting the error Your current security settings do not allow you to download this file.? I have the settings set to Medium and are using Windows XP Service Pack 2.? Im also using Zone Alarm (Free) fro forewall protection.

Have you tried dropping the settings to LOW and testing to see if it can be downloaded then.

Otherwise can you take a screen grab of the error message and post it here.

Go into your Internet explorer properties and click on the security TAB.

Then click on Default level and apply the changes.
Also click on the "Privacy" tab and set that to Medium.

What type of file are you trying to download ?

Try disabling your Zone alarm and see whether it will work.

Have you also tried to change AOL's own securety settings instead of windows/I.E. settings?
