For the last 6 to 7 months my computer has been causing trouble.
It all started when a virus or posibbly spyware entered my computer. Items started appearing in Windows Explorer (I use a WIndows ME) and when I deleted them they would just come back and if I would search for something the search would just keep going and never strop. I eventually got all of these fixed by deleating some stuff. Though this ATTACK left lastting affects on my computer Microsoft Word became corrupt (I am going to reinstall it), internet explorer took about 30 min. to 2 hours to load (I go to the internet through windows explorer), the compuer freezes a lot, defrag does not start when I click on it. Then I stupidly thought that I could reinstall internet explorer, so I uninstalled it, and then dowloaded it from the internet but the program did not work. So I downloaded mozilla firefox browser and it only loads from the icon 10% of the time, and then I dowloaded opera and its installer didn't even load! Also, I get a lot when I am on the internet so I downloaded Ad-aware, but that installer did not load either. Though, when I downloaded CWShredder that installer worked fine. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME?!!!

I JUST WANT MAKE THIS CLEAR I USE A WINDOWS ME.

THIS IS NOT GOOD...

Clicking on the first hyperlink didn't do anything (ever since I got charter cable internet, which was yesterday lots of hyperlinks are not working). So, I copied pasted it in a address bar and the site appeared, I then clicked on the first item in the google search page and that page came up, but when I clicked on the virus scan nothing happened, and you can't copy and paste javascript shorcuts. I am now going to try the second link!

Second Link, pasted on to my address bar, did work, though the installation was cancelled because the software can not run on Windows ME.

3rd and Last link was to Spy bot search and distroy, I already have this on my computer, so I am just going to scan the computer again. I will post my results.
