I am not sure which one to delete and which one to keep. Can someone tell me? To view the larger versions of the picture just download it by clicking on its name.

Are you sure about this... Some of these might be registry files needed for certain programs.

That could be , but do you want programs on youre pc with spy/ad ware? Every program that "needs" spy ware is usually very shady and not good at its job anyway.
If you have problems when programs don't work anymore after removing these ,then it almost certain are free programs that can easely replaced with better , spy ware free alternatives. I"ll be glad to help you find replacements if needed , but youre pc can't be worse of then with this stuf on it .(and there is probebly alot more ,wil get to that later)
