i'm on a 1.5mb adsl line here in saigon (thats wat the ISP says?), pay a monthly flat rate of about usd65 per month, pretty expensive i'd say when the line seems like a 56kbp dial-up modem on steroids :x , uploads are usually faster than my downloads..
and connection gets interrupted whenever it rains..? maybe the ISP store all their gateway servers on their rooftop?? :x
i guess its the best that they can offer since its still a third world country.. *argh* seoul was much better than this even on a 56k modem, hell i could even play diablo online with it 3yrs ago.. :lol:

only good thing is there's no restriction on setting up your own ftp server or http server at home.. but with a line they are providing me right now.. who are they kidding??

Boring old 512kbps adsl here. Would like to upgrade to 1mb but it isn't available here yet

I am with telewest on ther 768Kbps connection, its proved quite valuable to me seeing as i use to get my emails, for general surfing and chatting to my family in spain, and of course music downloads which would take a lifetime on dial up.
