Exclamation [Resolved] Problem please help

For some reason my laptop seems to be working very slowly. I first noticed this when I turned it on Friday and it took about 3 or 4 minutes to load up. It also takes a long time to load up programs like Internet Explorer and Windows Live Messenger. Not mention when I run a program and move the mouse at the same time, the pointer seems to jump instantly to the place I moved it or freeze for a second and move then. I've run several scans with McAfee VirusScan and a few online scanners but they found nothing dangerous. On Saturday, McAfee did find a Trojan.Vundo and got rid of it but it didn't fix the slowness. This whole thing may have happened on Thursday when my laptop seemed to be acting a little weird but I couldn't detect because I forgot to renew my anti-virus subscription. I turned my System Restore off and I haven't shut down my computer in two days. Can anyone tell me whats wrong or how to resolve this problem?

Hi pcgamer, welcome to the PC HF

Can you please follow the prework link in my signiture, and post the resulting logs back here?
One of the security team will take a look for you to make sure you're all clean, then we'll see if there's anything else that needs addressing.

Sorry for the lack of response pcgamer,
I've moved your thread into the HJT log section so the security team will see it a bit better.
