could someone please tell me how to totally wipe everything off my computer inc my OS

Formatting, you have your windows xp disc? if you do, insert the disc in the drive, on bootup it will say(Press any key to continue.......) and them follow the instructions, a tech will give you the link to a tutorial if needed.Make sure to backup important files.

afraid I do not have the disc,
Is there not quicker and less complicated way? I'm trying to use the dban thing but jsut dont get it |
