Is it possible to make desktop HDD a slave to laptop HDD? If yes then please tell how?
Moreover, can desktop HDD be connected to laptop through USB port? (like an external HDD)

Yes and internal hard drive from a computer or a laptop can be converted to an external hard drive.

You only need to buy the right case.

Example:external hard drive case, Computing items at low prices on eBay.co.uk
