Default Partition Problem

Hey guys
I partitioned my HDD using QTparted in the Kubuntu Live CD as i wanted to create a recovery back up partition and a Linux partitiomn to install WUBI on thisis what it looked like:

SDA-1 #1: HDD 24GB
SDA-1 #2: DATA 30GB
SDA-1 #3 BACKUP 3GB
SDA-1 #4 LINUX 16GB
(Hidden) SDA-1 #5 HIDDEN 6GB

Anyway i wanted to delete #4 and add it back to the DATA partition so i did and it done the process and everything and showed up as 46GB again anyway here is the problem when i rebooted back into windows it was showing up as a 30GB partition still? Computer management shows it as 46GB but windows dont? Any ideas how to solve this?
