Hello
Try using the windows utilities such as Disk Clean Up, Defrag and delete Prefetch files:
How to delete prefecth files;
Click Start> RUN> type: C:\WINDOWS\PREFETCH
> press CTRL+A> delete and empty from recycle bin.
After a recovery system performance does tend to drop due to loads of fragmented files. (Well it does with me anyway lol)
Now downloading and installing does not mean they actualy are installed check device manager.
Also what operating system are you running and what service pack and have you turned on automatic updates and got all of these installed?
If this is a company manufacturered computer do you have the make and model?Or is this a self build?
Hey I am a dudette lol.
Thanks for the help, i have installed everything and checked device manager its all good there. I am running Windows xp pro with sp2 and yeah i use automatic updates.
Self built a couple years ago, ahha my bad
is there any programs taht i could use to test what the problem is?
Cheers.
