Default [Fixed] somehow the hard drive is overloaded

Hey...

I'm having a problem with my hard drive... apparently it is all full when I check the properties of my C drive. I'm not quite sure where this hard drive space could have been taken since there isn't that many files on the computer - I have a 300GB hard drive and right now there are about 30GB of files. I work mainly with video files so there is lots of encoding as well as burning of these files for data archiving. Is there a chance that my video files are still being stored somethwere on the hard drive despite that I have removed them from the obvious folders. I'm mainly using Sony Vegas 6.0, Windows media encoder and InterVideo WinDVD creator - is iot possible that these probrams have some kind of hidden library where all these video folders are stored?

Please help as I'm running on my last 7GB of hard drive

Thanks!

Quickest way would be to do a search of your c drive. Click Start > Search. Select All Files and Folders > click What size is it > Select Specify Size > At Least > then 100000KB for example. You may have to play around with the size if your video files are usually smaller.

It will list the file name and the folder where you can find it on the right. You can also just delete the files from the right if you want.
