the problem is now fixed,it appeared to be a left over part of a programme called memory optimizer,which was useless anyway.
now this pc flys any offers?

Glad to hear it...
Yes most uninstallers-- and even Windows Add/Remove are notoriously sloppy.
It can be a good idea to run a registry-cleaner-- or manually edit the registry-- I usually just go in, find the install-folder(s) for apps I really disliked, delete it and reboot.

i use revo uninstaller on the main pc which clears out leftovers that win add remove doesnt see
