Default BSOD multiple issues

Hello all, I'm plagued by problems. Recent I've been the victim of the Blue Screens of Death on many occasions, I've used Microsofts Blue Screens of Death debugger and here's what I found:

NTOSKRNL.EXE (x2) - missing or corrupt Kernal

NV4_mini.sys (x2) - Nvida drivers

USBport.sys (x2) - Been told this could be anything from needing a BIOS upgrade to dying RAM

Watchdog.sys - This is related to Nvidia drivers too

Win32K.sys - Heard this could be a bad Windows install or faulty RAM. Installed this copy of Windows years ago and it all went well

USBehci.sys - This is needed to run USB 2.0 in XP? I've been using USB 2.0 with no troubles up until now where it starts crashing and asking for this

NV4_disp.dll - Once again seems to be Nvidia drivers?

glausb.sys - A google search tells me these are drivers for a USB modem. I'm running wireless, I have a USB dongle though.

Anyway as you can see I have some serious problems. Here are my system specs

Asus P5W DH Deluxe
E6600 running at 3.4GHz
2GB RAM (can provide timings etc if you think it will help)
Nvidia 8800 GTS 640MB
500GB Western Digital SATA as my master HDD
160GB Toshiba Deskstar as my slave

On a side note - I'm positive my 500GB is dying as it keeps on putting out the fatal clicking sound and some times sounds like a jet engine.

Any help would be great

In this case i believe the "side note" may be the main issue
If you are hearing HD noises-- that is usually the seek mechanism --
ALL your OS files/ your Display drivers ...everything is on that HD yes?
If the seek arm is not finding that data "normally"-- you will get errors of all kinds.

I believe you should replace that drive ASAP-- backup the important stuff now.
You cannot have a stable system with a failing HD.... period.

So you'd agree that it is my HDD? I've backed everything up and was tempted to use my slave drive for a day or so to see if I received any more errors..thought asking you guys would be the fastest option though

I apologize for my slow response-- I am down with the flu.

I would absolutely think so.
It is good to be backed up-- if you waited you could lose access to data completely.
