Yet all results return normal, i can't lay a finger to it what is exactly wrong. I have changed a new hdd, yet this problem still persists may i know what should i do?

Hello lebronhjames23. Can you please make sure that the harddrive power connector is securely attatched to the harddrive? Does the drive actually stop spinning? Can you put your ear to it and hear it spinning?
