Default External Net Gear 3500
Hi, I bought an external Packard Bell Net Gear 3500 a few weeks ago in the hopes of backing up later on, anyway that time has come and I've hit a problem. The disk that comes with the HDD to install the software refuses to run the install feature or the configuration feature. I've checked the Packard Bell site and can only find Firmware updates.

Any ideas on how to install this?
