actually i finnaly found the problem too this, all the crashing and restarting is because my video card was really dusty, and my CPU fan/Heatsink was dusty, and my Power Supply Unit. but now they are all clean, and nothing crashes, and i can finnaly run my disk clean-up without my computer restarting
