Hey All,
I have a Nokia 6270 and i have just bought a 4Gb MiniSD card to replace the 128Mb the phone came with. The problem is that the original 128Mb is formatted as RAW and I cannot format the 4Gb as RAW.

Does anyone know a way to format this as RAW or a program to do this?

With some searches-- i find that this could be a compatbiltiy issue which would require some pretty extensive resaerch.
The problem may be built into the phone purposely-- not all cards are automatically compatible.
