Hard Drives - [Fixed] longer shows in 'my computer' although it does apperar in 'device manager' posted in the Hardware forums; ok done that, different drive works fine in enclosure. Thanks again.......

ok done that, different drive works fine in enclosure.

but I still can't get into my knackered drive..... what I meant was that is wasn't the enclosure as a drifferent drive worked fine in it, thus the prolem I assume must be with the drive itself.
Somewhere far in the multiverse my files are leaping with bursts of supa-nova and as colourful as it may be, I wan't them back. Oh great omnibyte in the cosmos hear my cry..

Lol, The only thing I can suggest is put it in the computer as a slave drive and see if you can read then.
