Default PC to PC (HD to HD)?

I know there's a way in which I can pass on all my data from one PC to another PC without having to save my stuff on CD or save it to an external HDD.

Can you guys guide me on how to do this?

Thank you!

A program called Laplink will do this and it has the program and cables with it. I have used this program in the past. But I think it would be easier to you windows file transfer which requires CD's/floppy but thats my opinion.
