Thumbs up Fixed

I AM ONLINE WITH THIS COMPUTER RIGHT NOW .IN FACT I AM USING THIS COMPUTER TO POST THIS MESSAGE .....WHOOOHOOO!!!!

For whatever reason this worked, I connected both of the hardrives (one I thought was bad) and new one together. Installed a new dvd rom and used cd rom drive (already had installed memory 512mb) then reinstalled XP. It does however take longer than it should to boot up windows, the compaq screen is all you see for about 2 1/2 min then win will start up. I am thinking cable is not fast enough??? Anyway I am just so happy this is working first time I have tried to fix a computer. Thanks so much for everyones help!!!
