mmm, maybe I've just been lucky, but we have over a thousand Dell's on our network, and personally find them reliable compared to other computer suppliers. If your under warranty, you can contact them directly (you normally get put straight through to an engineer), and get any replacement parts to you need normally within 24 hours. Never had a problem. If it's a virus you have on your system, you can hardly blame Dell, but I guess this is just my opinion, I'm not sitting in your shoes Kam.
well the DELL entertainment PC's are ****!! but well back to the problem....a just need to find a way to get everything off this hard drive i hav in the external hub so i can reformat it myself!!
Can you follow the "BSOD's" link on my signature, and follow the instructions on how to post a dump file here.
. It will give me an idea of what may be the cause of your problems. Faulty memory for example is a common cause of BSOD's and can also cause disk corruption.
