mmm, maybe I've just been lucky, but we have over a thousand Dell's on our network, and personally find them reliable compared to other computer suppliers. If your under warranty, you can contact them directly (you normally get put straight through to an engineer), and get any replacement parts to you need normally within 24 hours. Never had a problem. If it's a virus you have on your system, you can hardly blame Dell, but I guess this is just my opinion, I'm not sitting in your shoes Kam.

Here it appears your AVG Antivirus is On, whereas your AVG Anti SpyWare is either Off or out of date.

well the DELL entertainment PC's are ****!! but well back to the problem....a just need to find a way to get everything off this hard drive i hav in the external hub so i can reformat it myself!!

well whos knows becausei update my anti-spyware every two hours!! and it was last updated and hour ago

but its on my other computer its not this one i am using the now!! thats why i took the hard drive out and bought an external hard drive enclosure!
