Unhappy [Answered] How do i delete Ext Dos partition?

I used FDISK.EXE to delete 1 non-dos partition and the other was a ext dos partition. When i performed the delete option on the partition, it displayed this message "there is no logical drive partition available"; in addition i tried to activate the ext dos partition hoping to be able to delete but to no avail. Finally i resorted to every single option i could find and delete the ext dos partition alas 1 pecuilar message appeared "there is no logical drive information in the ext dos partition", i'm at my wits ends. Would anyone please enlighten me.
