Default Raptor Running Slow
Howdy all. Told ya I would need help here and there lol.

Ok I have A WD Raptor 10,000 rpm in Raid 0. Now usually it runs wit an IO speed of 140mb/s to 160 mb/s

Now In my event viewer it tells me disk error. Cannot write. I know this is due to Write combing but if I turn it off it slows to a crawl. 22/mbs Has anyone solved this without turning off write combing? Thanks in advanced..

raid is not my area of expertise i never had a hard drive on raid before but i am sure that one of the staff with more experience with raid could help you out

Not a problem.. More of a hassle than a problem.. Just takes forever to boot windows becuase the raptors dont support write combing. Still can move a 2 gig music folder in abo ut 13 seconds though
