Default low disk space...how to transfer programs?//

I am on Windows XP, on an HP Pavilion 576x. When I bought the computer, I had my old hard drive disk installed on this computer. Now, my actual HP hard drive disk is 99 percent full, and I am always getting messages that I am very low on space, etc. My old hard drive disk is only about 35 percent full.

My question: How can I transfer some rarely used programs from my full disk to my old disk, thereby freeing up space on the main disk?

Howdy 3david,
Do you have your "old HD" connected to your pc as well as the new one? And what type of hard drive do you have? If you go to there website they have tools for moving stuff to another hard drive automaticly. Might save you some trouble.
