Hi Lisamae,

Welcome to PCHF. We have a wonderful staff of terrific folks here, and I am sure that we can find someone to give you guidance.

As this is not my area of expertise, I will defer to my more experienced teammates. I am sure one of them will be online shortly and will be able to direct you to a couple of really good programs.

I know that this issue has been raised before in the forums you may want to read through the forums for Hardware, specifically harddrives, and in the Windows 2000 & XP operating systems, while you are waiting.

Hi there,

So long as the Operating Systems are:
Windows98SE
WindowsME
Windows2000
WindowsXP

...then the fastest way to move data from one PC to another with little/no setting up is a USB Key/Pen Drive/ Flash Drive...whatever you want to call it: EXAMPLES

If you need to set up a high (or permanent) data transfer then you will need to consider a small network - which we can help you with too
