Default [Answered] Missing Hard Drive

I believe my computer has recently crashed and I want to see if there is any hard drive left. It will only boot from the floppy drive and says I have no fixed drives. I want to know if there is anything I can do to the drive now or if I just have to get another one. It's 80gigs and I want to save it if I can. I tryed fdisk and format but it won't let me. Please help.

Welcome To PCHF,

Seems maybe you need to go into your BIOS and reset the boot order. Get into your BIOS by either pressing F! or esc upon powering on.. Got to boot order and make sure the hard drive is the first boot device.
