Default Gainward gts 250 512 problem

Hello to everyone here, i came here to get some help if you can help me.

AMD 6000+ 3.1GHz Brisbane
ASUS M3N78 0707 bios version
3X1GB KINGSTON HYPERX KHX6400D2K2
GAINWARD GTS250 512 /GTS250-512-HDMI-DVI/
CHIEFTEC A650 PSU
TT SOPRANO RSII CASE
250GB HDD WD
160GB HDD WD
SAMSUND DVDRW SATA
ASUS CDRW ATA
COOLERMASTER HYPER 520 CPU COOLER
XILENCE 12CM RED RING FAN

My problem is, i had Cooler Master 450W real power when i buy the GTS250, in the middle of the games my monitor just loose signal but the pc is still running in the backround. Everubody say me that my psu is week and then i buy Chieftec A650W modular, and the problem is gone, but i now get BSOD sometimes in the places where my pc looses video signal with old psu. And yesterday my pc restarted and when is BIOS was loaded wrote me that the cpu fan is not working but he is working.

That was not the best option for a replacement power supply because Chieftec power supplies are ****. Watts is not the most important thing when looking at power supplies.

It seems like you are still having the same, if not worse, problems, so a weak power supply is still a possibility. Have you checked your temps with anything? Your graphics card or CPU could be overheating.

Download CPUID and post your temps.

I resolved the problem, i have found that gainward nvidia cards have a bug with controling the fan, i installed the xpert tool and i get lower temperature for 20 degrees, but still was there the problem with bsod. I reinstaled the system and put XP Pro SP3, Vista SP1 was up before, and the all problems was deesapear. Now the themperature do not cross 70 degrees in full load and the pc is working fine. Without Xpert Tool, fan dont go to full speed and that was problem, and the card go to the 90 degrees.

Thanks for the help
