Default Best graphics card for my PC.

I have an Advent T9508, specs:

Windows Vista Home Premium

2.20 gigahertz Intel Core2 Duo
64 kilobyte primary memory cache
2048 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Board: Foxconn 45GM/45CM
Serial Number: UYQB72404874
Bus Clock: 49 megahertz
BIOS: Phoenix Technologies, LTD 6.00 PG 06/18/2007

PSU:
model number: iso-450pp
ac input: 230V, 4A, 47-63hz
max output power: 350W (+12V, +5V&+3.3V TOTAL)
18A
No 6pin PCI-E connector

I currently have a 7300GS and am looking to upgrade to a better graphics card WITHOUT upgrading my PSU and ideally for around £50 max. I have been advised to get a 4670 but I am concerned that this will need more power than my computer can provide. The 7300 is known for its low power consumption so I'm not sure my pc could handle a card consuming a lot more power. However I don't really know what I'm talking about.

What should I get?

IMO, your budget and power supply limitations will prevent any type of noticeable improvement in video performance.
