Hmmmm....Just a thought...Follow this train if you will... Your Ad CD is in the PC. You schedule an event for every hour and half hour. This event is the CD playing the Ad. Your video feed from the PC goes to a switch that switches the feed from live to PC and back. My only trouble if how to trigger the switch..

Good idea. I assume I would need a video capture or TV tuner card for that though...unless you can get a standalone program that works in Windows.
But then I would still need something with a scart socket on...otherwise I'd have to look for a VGA or DVI hub. The video would also need to automatically be in Full Screen but I suppose a media player could be used for that. Keep any suggestions coming!
