I had an NVIDIA card that went bad so I bought a new ATI Radeon X1650 Pro AGP board. I am not sure what is going on but it blanks my video or locks up my computer after about 10-15 minutes of use. I have checked that I have the lastes BIOS and the latest driver for the board but still have the problem. I am hoping someone can help me figure this out.

This sounds like more of a hardware issue to me since your prework logs are clean. I'll move you out to another forum for another tech to look at. While we're waiting, if you would be so kind to go into your User CP and fill out your computer specs for us it will help in diagnosing the issue

If you updated the drivers, try a Driver Rollback in Device Manager.

If you haven't updated the drivers, try updating the drivers from the ATI website.

Since you have added new hardware you may want to reset your hardware information.

To do this, turn off the PC and unplug all cables. Open the case.

Press the power button in until the fans stop spinning

Take out the CMOS battery. It is the largest round battery on the board and has a clip near it which releases it.

Leave the CMOS battery out of the case for 10-15 minutes and then put it back in.

Boot up the PC. This may fix the error. Also make sure that the card is seated properly and check the graphics card's running temps and your case's cooling abilities with SpeedFan:

Comfortable temperatures for your graphics are anywhere from 40C-70C. All other temps should ideally be under 40C.

Unless they have drastically changed how they mount, it feels like you're almost going to break the board.

Since you state that it sometimes runs for 10 minutes or so, it would be helpful if you loaded Speedfan in there to see (when it does run) if there is an overheating issue.
