what games are you trying to run, or intending to run better?
How much
ram do you have in total again? If the games are not super high demand, we can section some of you motherboard
ram to work with you onboard graphics
ram. This is AGP aperature. you have 64 onboard atm, but we can make it have a little extra but pumping it up in the bios. (however th draw back on this is, you will have less regular
RAM to use,).
TO clarify, fasted to slowest spec slots for GPU's
PCI-Ex16 (extreme)
AGP x8
x4
x2
PCI x1
AGP x8 with fast writes activated can almost keep up with PCI-e. Not quite though.
You could get a good X1800 or X1900 card for less that 100 easy. and that would run age of empires with ease. you'd be able to play things like Half Life and Fear all in their full graphics, and even crysis in low to medium with that card.
(and before people say you cant, you can cos my will run it with a x800 (the older version))
anything else?
