Question Comparing NVIDEA Cards for CAD work

Hi All,

Can anyone help me to understand which of the cards below would be the best for 3D CAD work coupled to a system of...
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 (2.66GHz/1333MHz/4MB)
4Gb RAM

The cards I can choose from are...

NVIDIA Quadro FX 1700 (PCIe/512MB)
NVIDIA Quadro FX 570 PCIE 256MB
NVIDIA Quadro FX 3500 256MB

I can not seem to find a resouce that gives me a like for like comparison
