Default New Video Card - Black Screen

Hey there,

Nvidia 8800 GT OC. Plug-and-play recognized it, I downloaded the update, and then I updated the driver.

Before plug-and-play my monitor was showing a green light, meaining it recognized it. And now when I plug it in its showing red, so it no longer recognizes it after the driver update.

Just wondering what I should do.

Thanks!

Hi So you get no display at all? If so remove the card and re fit your old one to see it it will boot. If it will shut it down and try refit the new card and boot it back up

Well I'm using the onboard video card right now, so I know the motherboard/monitor are working properly.
