Right, I had a look with the DirectX diagnostic tool and found:

Processor - Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 66GHz

As for 'Display' there is nothing under Device and Drivers is vga.dll

As for the make and model number, where exactly would I find that?

On your PC somewhere (front or back). For instance, mine says Dell XPS M1710.

HP Pavilion is all I can really find hooowever it says integrated Intel extreme graphics.. I'm just confused because I found somewhere saying that the error message I received means I need to get rid of some drivers that are already on there.. but how?

This is the reason why we need to find the exact model of your PC. This is your PC isn't it?
