My computer is a year old now and was bought off dell, now i wish to upgrade to play COD4.

I am not sure about compatibility issues. So I was hoping some one will be able to suggest which graphics card i should get to be able to play with minimal lag.
Willing to pay 200-350nz dollars ( 158USD - 277USD )

I would suggest an HD3850. I was playing COD4 Demo with no lag on high. The card is around 150 dollars. GIGABYTE GV-RX385256H Radeon HD 3850 256MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card Retail at ZipZoomfly
OR if you want something that will last you longer an 8800GT will work well too. Also i can play Crysis on medium with 10-20 fps. You also might need a new Power supply.

Whats in your computer?

As long as you have PCI-E slot (not sure if the 7300 is available in AGP form) AMD's suggestions will be fine for COD4, I used to run it on a 7600gt and it wasn't bad.
